The Milestone HOA Annual Meeting will be held on November 5th at 7:00pm in the all-purpose room of Gibbs Elementary School. IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND, please send your proxy back so that we will have a quorum. If a quorum is not met, the Association is obligated to reschedule the meeting, pay for a room rental again, publish an ad in the newspaper, and send a notice of the rescheduled meeting to all homeowners. This process is very costly for the Association. The Board holds its regular meetings the first Monday of each month. These meetings start at 7:00 p.m. and are held at the Water House, 12535 Milestone Manor Lane. Residents are welcome to attend the regular meetings. Occasionally there may be a change in the schedule of a regular meeting, so it is important to call MSPM [240-632-0001] prior to the time of one of these meetings to confirm there has been no cancellation or change in date.
